Adhering to lunar and cosmic rhythms for planting and harvesting, synchronizing activities with natural cycles.
Biodiversity is promoted through diverse crop rotations, habitat preservation, and livestock integration; fostering an ecological balance, food quality, and maintain a deep connection between agriculture and the environment, nourishing both the earth and community.

Taste of Tradition
Agent and distributor for the world’s most important viticulturalists and oenologists around the world in Singapore and Malaysia.
For over two decades, we followed growth of vines, management, treatment, pest & disease control, harvest techniques and produce preparation, as the industry moved away from chemicals to the establishment of organic and biodynamic certification.
Pioneering cold chain logistics for wine and the establishment of cold room storage, a standard that is now the norm. With over 100 wineries, largely certified organic and biodynamic, we retired from the wine business in 2019 in favor of creating our town Taste of Tradition.
